Klodiana Hysenlika car accident attorney clearwater floridaSince I was a child, I always had big dreams to help those in need. My desire to become an attorney grew stronger during my early legal work experience in the Tampa Bay area. During that time, I learned how much an injury can affect one’s life and how important an attorney’s help can be.

After graduating from University of South Florida (USF) in 2007 with a degree in political science, I worked as a legal assistant of John J. Avril at Perenich, Caulfield, Avril & Noyes, P.A., the oldest personal injury-car accidents law firm in Florida. That experience gave me tremendous insight on how to negotiate with insurance companies and how to ensure all of my clients receive the best possible care. As someone who is fluent in Spanish, Italian, and Albanian, I helped the law firm with translations. My multi-language skills helped the firm facilitate the legal process with non-English speaking clients.

After gaining more legal experience at Perenich, Caulfield, Avril & Noyes P.A., I took the Law School Admission Test (LSAT), and applied to law school. In 2010, I was accepted at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan.

While attending Thomas M. Cooley Law school, I made the School’s Dean’s List and Honor roll multiple times. I also participated and won the first round of a mock trial, which was part of a course in law school. In addition, I participated in an international program where I had the chance to be taught by the United States Supreme Court Chief Justice, John J. Roberts.

While in law school, I interned at a Bankruptcy/Personal Injury law firm in Tampa where I assisted attorneys with various legal tasks including research, translations and case processing.

In December 2012, I graduated from Thomas M. Cooley School.

In April 2013, I once again joined the best personal injury law firm in Clearwater/St. Petersburg/Tampa, Perenich, Caulfield, Avril, & Noyes, P.A. as an Associate Attorney. My legal experience as a personal injury attorney and multi-language skills (Spanish, Italian and Albanian) make me a strong advocate for everyone in legal need in Tampa Bay. I am excited to be back in the Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater area to serve and give back to my community.
